This is the new cavernous half dome at Union Station in Los Angeles. I prefer the old 1920's Art Deco / Mission like style that stills exists. During the 200's when Los Angeles was the 5th largest economy in the world, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority decided to build a new Headquarters for their ventures and they built this half dome that I did not discovered till this year when I had a family reunion and was forced to trample trough this building. I discovered it after I survived my family reunion and when I saw it, I had a religious experience. It was like walking inside one of the great cathedrals in Europe and I had a religious moment. I took out my phone and took this shot. It is an amazing beauty when you actually experience it. It is originally all transparent when you walk underneath it, but I decided to convert it into more of a religious experience by making the tiles multicolored like you see them in the stained glass windows in the old cathedrals all over the old continent.
